TEMESCAL STATION

In an ever-changing and vibrant neighborhood in Oakland that celebrates its diversity and innovation, this project provides a variety of urban living opportunities. Condominiums over ground-floor retail spaces are mixed with townhomes that have private gardens, garages and street-level entrances. The material palette is a study in contrasts, with standing seam metal siding and natural wood accents both articulated through a series of minimal bay modules of windows and balconies.
