With only 6,070 square feet of site available, designing a building for two modern and inviting dental practices was achieved through efficient stacking of the offices, maximizing natural light and thoughtful material selection. By locating the building on the south edge of the site, sculptural roof lines bathe the main clinic areas in diffuse northern light. Extensive use of wood and translucent materials softens the interior for a warm, non-institutional space that simultaneously facilitates the highly technical interaction between patients, doctors and staff.
