This studio takes its cues from the Bar Method exercise approach of using small movements to change shape and build strength. A couple key moves at the reception, in the hall, and in the changing room give this once lackluster office space a much needed lift. The simple palette of reclaimed wood, bright white walls, black floors and teal accents create a rhythm of spaces and a reason to pause and replenish, post-workout.
